- Technical information acquired through using this website: IP address, cookies for measuring the number of visits of this website.
II Reasons for personal data processing
Most of the personal information the administrator processes is provided to him directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- Replying your questions regarding the teaching services
- Reservations of lessons via contact form.
- Measuring the number of visits of www.czechteacher.cz
III Access to personal data
The administrator of the personal data keeps the data confidential; the only third parties that might have access to the personal data are providers of software (webhosting) and providers of marketing services (Google Analytics). The administrator does not intend to transfer the data outside the EU.
IV Security of personal data:
All communication is being processed through encrypted HTTPS data transfer.
The administrator as well as the processors uses such devices that guarantee standard security methods, i.e. the access to those devices (PC, notebook, smartphone) is password-protected.
If the processing of personal data is provided by third parties, all standard procedures (such as encrypted data transfer, password-protection, and the contract protection provided by the processors) are guaranteed.
V Periods for storage of personal data
The administrator retains the personal data for no longer than reasonably necessary.
- 3 years based on your giving consent to storage your data
- 5 years after finishing the particular contractual relationship.
Data provided for the fulfilment of a legal obligation (issuing an invoice) will be retained for the period defined by the particular law regulations.
