Czech Teacher Mgr. Martin Kobližek, IČO: 01845225, is a service that provides online Czech classes via Microsoft Teams or another appointed platform.
I offer 60 minute/ 90 minute/ 120 minute classes to individuals or pairs (without increase in cost). The current prices and details for classes are listed in ‘Classes & Prices’ on this website.
Booking Czech Lessons
All lessons and their schedules must be arranged in advance with the teacher via e- mail: info@czechteacher.cz or phone +420 723 870 788.
Trial Lesson
I offer you a free 45 minutes trial lesson during that we will discuss your individual language needs, assess your level of Czech, and choose the right textbook and other materials. We will also settle the schedule and the class length (60/90/120 minutes).
Payment
Full payment for the class must be made prior to starting the class. You are buying a voucher for a package in value of 4000 CZK (8 x 60 minute classes or 6000 CZK (8 x 90 minute classes). Lessons must be completed within 8 weeks after purchase except for a serious reason (illness) . I accept only advance payments in CZK – bank account details below:

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your lesson by sending me an e-mail and waiting for my e-mail to confirm the cancellation. However, please note that I must receive it 24 hours before the scheduled start of the lesson. Please further note that if you follow this recommendation, then the cancelled lesson will be rescheduled later.
However, if you do not turn up for the lesson or formally cancel the lesson within less than 24 hours before the scheduled start, you will lose that lesson.
Please be on time for your online lessons. I will wait a maximum of 15 minutes for you to come to your class. If you haven’t arrived in that 15 minutes, the lesson will be considered as if it was completed and will not be refunded.
If I as your teacher happen to be obliged to cancel your lesson, I’ll contact you as soon as possible and reschedule your lesson with you.

Technical requirements
Before the first lesson you are required to properly install Teams or another appointed platform on your computer.
Refund
If you decide to terminate your course and will not attend the rest of the prepaid lessons, no refund will be made by Czech Teacher Mgr. Martin Kobližek.
